[outfit] snood with a splash of Phllip Lim green

I am still waiting for the "leftover" polar vortex affect to kick in here in LA, doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon though. It is however is getting slightly more chilly and more February appropriate (February already?!?!?!- shocking!)

Felt like wearing a scarf today but not exactly.... (women huh!? ha) so i thought SNOOD it is!!!!  For those who don't know, it's a tubular garment that can be used as a head gear or scarf. This was perfect for today!
